Kyle had already gotten on the train and was well and ready to start his sixth year at Hogwarts. His pet owl, Pueo, sat in his cage next to him and Kyle gently stroked him. Kyle had gotten there early and was one of the first ones on the train. His compartment was empty and only a few people had passed behind him to the further compartments. It would be a bit before the train would take off.

Draco laughed at the muggles as they walked by without a clue of what Draco was about to do. He ran through the brick wall to the other site where he Hogwarts train was waiting for all the kids to come aboard. Looking around for Crabbe and Goyle, Draco noticed all the first years thinking of how to torture them when he finds them alone. This is going to be a fun year. He said with a big grin on his face.

Kyle hear a slight disturbance and turned to look at the window. It seemed that Draco Malfoy had just entered the platform. 'Wonderful...' he thought to himself. Malfoy wasn't exactly the most pleasant person to be around, and Kyle disagreed with many of his beliefs. After all the torment he'd been known to cause, Kyle sighed and shook his head. If he was lucky, maybe he wouldn't have too many classes with him. But with his luck, this had the potential to be a long year...

Draco walked past everyone pushes them out of his way. He went onto the train looking for an empty compartment, but couldn't find one. Finally, he saw one with just one person in there. when he opened up the door and looked inside it was Kyle, from Ravenclaw. This is mine. Move somewhere else. Draco said sitting down across from him, leaving the door open for him to walk out.

Kyle let out a long sigh as he watched Draco head straight to his compartment. He glared at him as he told him to get out. "Always a pleasure to have you back Draco. No horrible accidents over the summer? Well I suppose I can't be lucky enough all the time now can I?" Finished with the slight jab he continued on, rebuffing his command. "As you can see I'm quite settled in here, so unless you can pull forth a deed showing that your daddy went and bought you this train, I suggest you find a different compartment to claim. Why not try one with first years in it? I'm sure they'd listen, and after all, they are more of your level." He finished with his remarks for the moment, still glaring at Malfoy.

You can't tell me what to do! Draco said glaring right back at him. So why don't you just be a good little boy and go find Potter or someone. Draco stayed sitting in his seat and didn't move. He wasn't going to, not for some stupid Ravenclaw.

Kyle shook his head and raised his eyes in annoyance. He was...friends with Potter, tentatively. Truth be told he didn't know him all that well and only associated with him in slight. Apparently Malfoy was too simple minded to sort his rivals though, and had to clump them all in one. "I never told you to do anything; theres a distinct difference between a suggestion and a command, though i suppose its no surprise that someone of your capacity can't discern that. Now, as I told you before, I'm staying in this compartment; You don't like it, then go somewhere else."

Draco stood up and took out his wand pointing it at him. Trying to be a smart ass, huh? You're just like that mudblood Granger. Soon they'll all be gone, including you. He pressed his wand into Kyle's neck trying to scare him.

Kyle just sneered as Malfoy put his wand to his throat. True... he was in quite a predicament. His hand twitched... he wanted to reach for his own wand but if he did, Malfoy would most certainly do something stupid. He may be incompetent, but the idiot did know his curses. He just stared straight at him, rather unphazed. "Including me? I don't know if you've done your research, but by your terms I am three-fourths pureblood. Or did you just mean smart people? With people like you, you're right, it is only a matter of time before all the smart people dissapear..."
